Kevin discusses the ethos of the firm and points out that a lot of business comes from returning clients, highlighting its excellent customer satisfaction levels. “Here at HMS, our motto of ‘Relax and leave it to us’ has been significant in our growth, and we have many retained clients in the commercial sector as well as numerous private landlords, domestic customers, universities, letting agencies and probate solicitors.” Kevin is keen to mention how the company is always moving forward and looking to improve.
