Paul outlines how the firm works to ensure it provides clients with the solutions they need. “Here at Communisis our primary purpose is to help our clients stay ahead of the communications curve. This takes a lot of listening – to the market, to our clients and to our suppliers too. In an ever changing landscape, standing still means you are at risk of being left behind.” Headquartered in London, the group sits across two divisions: one-to-one, delivering lasting and profitable personal customer relationships across all channels and one-to-many, creating brand activation and shopper communications which motivate consumers to experience and buy. Communisis’ flexibility and agility means it can support all marketing communications across multiple sectors and countries. “Our scope and scale are broad, we have offices in 17 countries throughout Europe and the Middle East underpinned by a strong presence in the UK. We are based in 28 cities, speak over 22 languages and our EMEA business represents over 26% of our turnover. However, we are also aware it’s a big world out there holding a wealth of opportunities.” For a UK based firm with significant sales inside the EU, Brexit is a key topic and Paul believes that this will bring new challenges which his firm will be excited to overcome. “Brexit is a difficult one to predict. We operate in many markets, so will have to see how they react – both geographically and in terms of industry too. It will, without doubt, cause an amount of uncertainty but life is never without its challenges. The world will still turn and brands, customers, retail and finance will still all exist and we will continue to support them to shape the future of customer communications.” Looking ahead, Paul believes that Communisis will continue to grow and flourish in order to support WUK17016
