We provide the full package holiday experience, which includes flights, accommodation and transfers in resort. Once clients are in resorts, our local representatives can also offer them a variety of excursions, sightseeing and other activities which are available. I believe our success is down to our firm commitment to offer our clients a bespoke and personal experience. “Our mission is to offer a seamless Luxury Holiday experience to our customers and we are continually training our staff in all matters that involve our business to offer a service of the highest quality. They feel more confident when they actually talk to our staff and get that personal touch.” Looking ahead, Jamal foresees challenges for the tour operator market but remains optimistic for the ongoing success of Airworld Tours. “Over recent years the economy has been stable in, and as such we have seen lot of consumer confidence in spending. The Brexit and the effect it had on exchange rates has already started making holiday, bit more expensive. We hope to see return of stability soon so the consumer confidence stays at current levels and customers keep enjoying their holidays. “Despite these challenges, Airworld Tours remains a growing business. We have doubled in size within last 3 years and are looking to do same once or twice again. We are also looking to bring more innovative product for our customers with multi centre itineraries.”
