TSN is a collaboration of more than twenty-five sector-leading companies that are all committed to raising the profile, visibility, and reputation of the sector, demonstrating why the sector is an attractive place to work. By bringing together employers, partnerships and technology, the project seeks to establish a more diverse work-force than ever before. TSN has quickly become the best energy and utility talent attraction initiative in 2019 positioning the energy and utilities sector as the go-to choice for people looking for a fresh exciting career and targets those seeking apprenticeships, graduate roles and a career change. TSN seeks to increase the diversity of the sector’s workforce by engaging groups such as females, young people, ethnic minorities, disabled persons, and ex-military personnel to learn more about why the sector is a great place to work.
