We invited Penny herself to talk us through the services she offers and how she works alongside her clients to create the image they desire. Her ultimate goal is to give her clients greater confidence and help them to achieve greater success. She discusses her experience and how she uses her expertise to support her clients through her style consultancy. “Prior to starting my business, Penny Bennett Style Consultancy, I worked in Television where I became acutely aware of the importance of image and how you present yourself. Today, my image services are bespoke depending on the client needs and budget but include wardrobe editing and organising, style review, personal colour direction, personal shopping and styling, online look-books and outfit building. My mission is that my client always feels confident and that their style and the way they look makes them happy. This allows them to get on enjoying life and reach their potential.” “To achieve this, I spend a lot of time getting to the heart of how my client wants to look. I make an assessment of where they are at the moment with their image and where they want to go and the best course of action to get them there. Whether it is a full image overhaul or just a fresh perspective on their current style, my step by step process gets results. The experience is never prescriptive but creative, collaborative, efficient and fun.” “I have also presented inspirational workshops and corporate seminars, and I have worked with brands including Top Shop and River Island and trained other experienced Personal Shoppers how to enhance customer experience and build client loyalty. I have taught at The London School of Fashion, been interviewed by Talk Radio and have been described by Grazia magazine as having a ‘faultless eye’ when it comes to styling.
