Going into further detail, Franck begins by providing us with a brief overview of the restaurant, as well as offering more of an insight into some of the tantalising dishes that they effortlessly create. “Just a short stroll from Battersea Park, Augustine Kitchen is a neighbourhood bistro that showcases truly authentic French dishes, with a particular focus on produce and wine from the Savoie department in the Alpine region of France. Some of the most popular dishes served here include the Pork Shank Confit, Roast Cod and Seared Scallops.” Located in South West London, the restaurant faces plenty of competition when it comes to French cuisine. Unfortunately, as Franck goes on to explain, by carefully selecting its produce this has enabled the restaurant to create unique and appetising French dishes. “Based in South West London, we can cater for a variety of clients, so whether it’s a family outing, a romantic evening for two, or a business lunch we have everything covered. However, to ensure high-quality dishes are served, I take charcuterie from Monsieur Colliard and fish from Mouchet Anythy sur Leman, a fourth-generation fisherman.” 2020 certainly proved to be a challenging year for many, one of the most industries was the hospitality sector.
