We caught up with Co-founder and Director of Desynit Limited, Gary McGeorge, for more. To begin, Gary shared: “As a long-time, still-standing Salesforce partner, our knowledge of the platform has taken us across countless industries and verticals, allowing us to help client organisations of all shapes and sizes. On the back of this, Gary told us: “In a nutshell, it’s simple, we always deliver. You don’t stick around in this industry for 25 years unless you keep delivering for customers. We do that because of our team spirit, our expertise, and our commitment to their success.” Just one example of Desynit Limited helping its clients find success can be seen through its work with OVO Energy. Not only did Desynit Limited support them with internal recruitment it also delivered expert resources to boost its internal teams. As a result, we helped OVO migrate 5 million users to their Salesforce platform and reduced complaint resolution times by 50%! Projects such as this have resulted in an unfathomable amount of word-of-mouth referrals over the years, paving the way for ongoing partnerships that have lasted almost 20 years now.
