Today, this innovative employment practice acts for both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law from tribunal claims, drafting employment documents (e.g. contracts, employment policies and settle- ment agreements), negotiating settlements to advisory work on anything from holiday pay to maternity. Within the firm’s SEN practice, the team mainly advise parents on the SEN legal frame- work and conduct appeals on behalf of parents concerning the contents of their child’s Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
