By 2050, the UK is legally required to have reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 100% from the levels of 1990. This target puts the UK in a leading position globally as it is the first country to enact this law, which is one of the most ambitious targets in the world regarding the net-zero goal. This goal can be reached through applying science-based targets, goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Before establishing Earth Hub, Darren has worked as a consultant and energy manager before working his way up the ladder to become the head of department for carbon and environmental services for a large consultancy. He has extensive experience in navigating the complex landscape of reducing emissions and aims to share his environmental expertise with the world.
