Jerrad was promoted to Head of Corporate Sales at Geopost UK (formerly Parceline), where he witnessed the rapid growth of e-commerce and the need for more streamlined and cost-effective solutions. Jerrad would later become the National Commercial Manager at GFS where he was asked to lead the Commercial BDMs as Director of Corporate Sales. Under his leadership, the team consistently exceeded targets, surpassing £3 million in new business annually. As Sales Director at Smiths News, Jerrad encountered a different sector of the logistics industry but found that the key principles, of understanding customer needs and creating bespoke solutions, were the same.
