Prior to achieving the position of Managing Director, Keith had the chance to work in various positions such as Vehicle Technician, Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Operations Director and Truck Sales Director, gaining valuable knowledge and understanding of his customers’ needs and expectations over the years. Today, he remains customer-focused with the ability to build strong customer relations. “Everybody thinks it’s hard getting to a level where you need to be but staying there and maintaining it is extremely difficult,” he states. “We always have to re-evaluate ourselves and constantly analyse what we are doing at all times in order to be able to grow and go a little bit further.” Keith believes that communication is key to running a successful team and explains further that the Northside Truck & Van team are a very close-knit group across the depots, with the relationships being built on kinship and trust rather than just being colleagues. With the team working collectively, all staff members strive to the same goal of success by upkeeping a positive and proactive work environment. Everybody is involved in the project and, therefore, they all put forward their own unique abilities which, in turn, contribute to the success of the company.
