Kal was the previous Owner and Director Express Elevators, until its sale to industry giant KONE in 2015. The time spent at Express Elevators was essential to Kal’s development, teaching the Managing Director the important nuances of leadership. Drawing from his past experience, Kal works hard to lead his team by example. He has learned the importance of interacting with employees of all levels and strives to bring empathy and transparency to every aspect of his work.
