As the pressures on the industry were already hard, things have only been exacerbated by the pandemic. With acute pressure turning into a chronic disorder for the industry, workers everywhere are feeling exhausted and overworked. For people working in the core of the care industry, Acacia aims to take that pressure off and support them in ways that they really need. Its goal is to introduce peace of mind for everyone, especially those working in stressful situations where they are relied on by others. These positions pose higher risks to the people who work in them, and it is doing everything it can to ease the harshness of our current reality.
