This has had benefits for FNG. “Many of our customers have used the opportunity of having limited staff numbers in the office at one time to refresh their critical IT equipment without a major impact on the entire business. During this time, we’ve had more flexibility to perform installs of equipment that require internet/network outages and would previously have had to be done outside of normal working hours or during strict downtime windows that would often have to be planned weeks in advance.” FNG now plans to expand its resources and service offerings in both the APAC and EMEA regions including Germany, China, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and New Zealand. The firm will also be working towards ISO/ IEC 27001, the international standard on how to manage information security, to provide assurance to clients regarding the security of its systems, protect information and help mitigate cybersecurity risks.
