When the pair met, over 20 years ago, they realised that they shared a dream of bettering the lives of people with ADHD. Both Phil and Lisa had first-hand experience of the support provided to those with ADHD in the system, Phil, who was a Senior Police Officer and Lisa an Advanced Nurse Practitioner specialising in ADHD for the NHS. Phil and Lisa both agreed that not enough was being done for people with ADHD and continued to help fight the challenges through their respective careers. In 2016, they found themselves working on the same research project and the mission progressed.
