From here we have been able to serve the local Corby community and, through our investment in technology, reach clients from all over the UK. In 2024, we opened our second branch in Nene Court, Wellingborough. This expansion meant that we were now able to provide the local customer service that our clients know and love, to a new customer base, helping more clients with their needs than ever before. Whilst we will always see momentary spikes the market as a whole has fallen. Property values have increased. We strongly believe in a client centric approach, we wish for clients’ needs to be held in the highest regard and as such we have a "above and beyond" mindset that we apply to all areas of the business. Be that a late night phone call to tell you your approval has passed, or help filling in your solicitor paperwork are staff are always happy to help. Staff constantly focus on their personal development with training provided every step of the way with new systems and process constantly being reviewed to give them the best chance of success. Having launched our second office in September we continue to focus on the growth of Wellingborough.
