They also launched a home delivery service for all of their retail products to help clients with their beauty regimes throughout the lockdown. Once they reopened, the salon saw a huge influx of clients booking in for their treatments, all desperate for some relaxation and pampering after a tough period. Looking ahead, Susan believes that The Ultimate Secret is at the beginning of its journey and she is always looking for ways to expand the business and introduce new and innovative products and services to the menu of treatments.
