Yorkshire Outdoors provides outstanding experiences to private individuals, small groups, family parties and corporate clients, its core activities bring off road driving, quad biking and clay pigeon shooting, all of which are provided on a VIP basis with personal dedicated instructors chosen originally for their personalities as well as their expertise. Whatever your experience level with our 1-1 tuition we’ll be here every step of the way.” Ben joined the team in 2020, during the pandemic, having worked in customer services for more than 10 years prior. He believes in providing customers with first rate service each and every time to ensure they will have an experience they’ll never forget. “Everything we offer is about quality,” Ben elaborates. “Offering a truly unique experience where customer satisfaction is guaranteed and is absolutely paramount to us.” Best 4WD Off Road Adventure Experience Provider 2021 The business differentiates itself from competitors in the field by having an outstanding and highly trained team of dedicated staff, all of which are thoroughly familiar with the company products and services, and who understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the requirements to meet expectations. “The culture for all of our staff members is the need for total professionalism,” says Ben. “All staff have to be thoroughly in tune with all aspects of what a customer can expect and be totally up to date with full product knowledge. The pandemic took its toll, however as life returns to a ‘new normal’ and business begins to bounce back, Ben and the team have noticed a change in attitude from customers, namely a reluctance and real hesitance to book experiences too far in advance, for fear of further lockdowns. This has had a knock-on effect for Yorkshire Outdoors meaning it has to ensure staff are available at very short notice to be able to fully meet the clients’ needs. Yorkshire Outdoors recently received the title of Best 4WD Off Road Adventure Experience Provider 2021 in the Northern Enterprise Awards and the team already have big plans for the future.
