We find out more about the company from Founder, Dan Eely in light of it being recognised and rewarded within the Northern Enterprise Awards 2022. Based in Southport, IT support specialist DigiDog Tech offers a wide range of solutions and services to small and medium sized businesses in the north west, as well as provides consultancy and support services to cover all IT requirements. He started DigiDog Tech in 2016 with goals to deliver a quality service at an inclusive price to allow even the smallest of businesses to have a quality IT support team behind them. “DigiDog Tech was born when we witnessed how small businesses and education establishments were being charged extraordinarily high support and contract prices and not provided the service levels they should expect,” he elaborates. “So we decided to do something about it and create DigiDog Tech!” Today, the firm still delivers enterprise level solutions into the SME market in order to be costeffective to its clients but also flexible enough to meet their individual needs. “Each business is different and uses IT in a number of different ways to deliver to their clients and we make it our mission to understand those needs and flex our support to deliver for our clients,” Dan continues. “Everything here at DigiDog Tech is designed with the customer’s individual needs in mind. Understandably delighted, Dan now has big plans for the future. “We are still a young business in relative terms and it’s been a great journey so far,” he enthuses. “We want to continue to grow at a sustainable rate to be there for the long run and help our clients to continue to be successful in their journeys.
