Those who have been made redundant are able to train with us as a trainer or assessor and find themselves a new career in the teaching or apprenticeship sector within their own field of competence. The pandemic has also brought about a lot of innovative changes and development in the training sector whereby Ofqual and awarding organisations are more open to online delivery and distance learning and using technology to carry out assessments across various sectors.” Bringing the interview to a close, Vicky signs off by discussing some of the main benefits of the firm’s location before sharing some of its plans for 2021 and beyond. “Being based in the UK puts us in a very good position as a training provider as most countries look up to the quality of training and education here.
