Following the firm’s well-deserved success in the Greater London Enterprise Awards 2020, we got in touch with Peter Williams to find out more. Since its establishment, Combined Technical Solutions Ltd has seen an organic growth and adapted to changing landscapes and requirements to continue providing high-quality services to its clients. To begin, Peter gives us a brief overview of the firm and offers more insight into its clientele. “Here at Combined Technical Solutions Ltd, we provide high-quality maintenance and repair services to improve our clients’ asset portfolios. With clients including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, AIG, UBM, Green Park, Reading, (Knight Frank), Lazard and One Creechurch Place, we have highly qualified engineers and effective technology to deliver an outstanding service. Additionally, we can offer project management support for customers across capital asset replacement and energy improvement initiatives. As a forward- thinking organisation, we are always striving to innovate and add real value to our customers’ property management strategy. In this regard, working safely, keeping things simple and the empowerment of staff is absolutely critical.” Across Central London the firm are in direct competition with several other property management companies, however in its attempts to stand out from the crowd, the team can offer clients four unique selling points as Peter explains further. “Firstly, we have the knowledge and expertise to be able to adapt to change. Moreover, as Peter elaborates further, health and wellbeing and technology are the two biggest areas to be affected by the pandemic. “It goes without saying that this last year has seen a change across all industries either directly or through a series of events and factors. Following the return after lockdown, we adapted office space and improved air quality to ensure our staff were as comfortable as possible.
