Following its well-deserved success in the Northern Enterprise Awards 2021, we got in touch with Sarah Morrison to find out more about one of the best personal training facilities in Manchester today. Whether clients want unlimited access to all the amenities available or just want to stop by every other day for a quick cardio session, Little Box Gym offers a customisable membership packages, so they can design one that is best suited for their lifestyle. To start, Sarah provides a brief overview of the gym and offers more insight into some of its classes. “Here at Little Box Gym, our approach is what makes us the best value gym in Manchester, and we have proudly continued that philosophy since opening. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take things to the next level, we will help our clients reach their goals. To encourage new members, all our packages offer excellent value with gold available at £30 per month, silver for £24 which includes two classes a week, and lastly bronze is available for £15 with one class a week.” Across the city of Manchester the gym are in direct competition with several other fitness centres, however as Sarah goes on to explain, its approach to personal training gives them an edge over others nearby. “A personal trainer is the ultimate investment in your personal fitness which can take up a lot of your time and energy. However, through motivation and targeting key goals, we help our members get fit using tailored personal training programmes. Moreover, to create these our trainers typically measure the strengths and weaknesses of a client before putting something together. Besides exercise, our trainers may also educate clients in many other aspects of wellness, including general health and nutrition guidelines.” The outbreak of COVID-19 has caused major disruption to the health and fitness industry, and as Sarah explains further, to remain open during the pandemic the gym has had to alter its timetables somewhat. “Being in tier three meant gyms were still allowed to open in December, however the restrictions limited what we could provide. For example, spin classes were unavailable and other classes had to be run outside in accordance with the Government guidelines.” Finally, Sarah discusses the gym’s future as we look ahead to 2021 and beyond. “The last 12 months has certainly been a challenging period for us, but moving forward as the COVID-19 vaccination programme continues to roll out, we are hopeful of returning to normality sooner rather than later.” Company: Little Box Gym Ltd Contact: Sarah Morrison Website: www.littleboxgym.com
