Q2 2019
25 | Q2 2019 Mar19560 Founded in 2003, Unique IQ offers a range of software solutions to manage the end-to-end operational requirements from recruitment, rostering, care planning, monitoring and time & attendance, through to payroll and invoicing. One of the firm’s flagship solutions, ‘IQ: careplanner’, was named ‘Most Innovative Workforce Management Tool’ in the 2019 SME Business Elite Awards programme. Following this win, we spoke with Unique IQ’s Director, David Lynes, to find out more. Redefining Client-Centricity in Software Solutions Unique IQ have sought to redefine what it means to be truly client- centric. By catering entirely to the client, they have established a robust network of satisfied customers, and, in turn, swiftly reinforced their position as a leader in this rather niche market. As David explains further, this has been Unique IQ’s goal from the outset, forming the founding principles of the company. “The core values of UniqueIQ are engrained in all parts of the organisation and provide us with the foundation that all of our services, solutions and aims are built upon. These qualities are integrity, honesty, commitment, passion, teamwork and innovation. We aim to provide solutions that help streamline processes, reduce administration overhead, reduce costs and fundamentally make the day to day activities of carers easier using technology to facilitate this.” “As an organisation all of our efforts are geared around our clients. At all levels within the organisation everything we do is centred around our core purpose and core values which in turn put the customer first.” Ultimately, this focus has helped to differentiate Unique IQ from any competition – no other firm places such a commitment on ensuring that a client is overwhelmingly satisfied with a product and service. “Our customer service, communication and commitment to exceed our client’s expectations sets us apart from our competitors. We then combine that with our innovation, passion and determination to make a difference. Our close relationship with our clients on a one to one level means that we can help them deliver world class care by understanding their aims and deliver tailored solutions.” Finally, David discusses the future of Unique IQ as they look to continue to invest in their team, their growth and, ultimately, their future. “Our collaborative approach taken with our clients is also reflected and matched with our approach with our employees. Engaging our employees and wider stakeholders in dialogue provides important input that informs our decisions. This in turn helps us continuously improve and make progress toward our 2019/2020 goals. Further, we are committed to ongoing stakeholder engagement as a core component of our business and sustainability strategies and targets. “We also have a deep desire at all levels of the organisation to coach, mentor and invest into employees to help them personally develop and grow. We actively encourage and facilitate brainstorming and product development sessions which aid communication, engagement and personal development at all levels.” Company: Unique IQ Ltd Name: David Lynes, Director Address: Unit 17 Chestnut Court, Jill Lane, Sambourne, Redditch, B96 6EW, United Kingdom Website: https://www.uniqueiq.co.uk/ Telephone: 0800 888 6868
