Taking time to provide us with a detailed insight into the firm is Managing Director, Adele Squires who reveals to us more about Prestige Appointments extraordinary success over the years. Placing People in Positions ‘They’ Fit In 2005 Adele Squires launched Prestige Appointments with a view to provide permanent recruitment solutions with a difference. The firm’s bespoke service is applied to each and every recruitment project, the team listen to the needs of their clients, dig deep and find the right DNA match; this is demonstrated in their Company motto ‘placing people in positions ‘they’ fit. Going into great detail, Adele begins by explaining how and why Prestige Appointments was originally created: “The industry had (and unfortunately still has), a poor reputation. My vision was to create an agency that combined bespoke and consultative services, working as an extension to our clients’ HR team or Recruitment function. Adding value to the recruitment process is key, candidates need our support and guidance and clients rely on us to provide market insight, this consultative approach to both parties is how the Recruitment Partner Model was formed. The people are such a big part of any business, results are achieved collaboratively, we listen to the need and source the right solution, the client and candidate have to have similar motivators and goals to achieve long term, mutual success. At Prestige Appointments we don’t believe in targeting our team’s activity, instead we focus on delivering high quality results. Placing the right candidate in a position they fit is more than just throwing CVs at a role and hoping they stick, we get to know our candidates as well as we know our clients. Our emphasis on relationship management and customer service levels give us the edge over the competition as we focus on people rather than numbers. This isn’t just a business model, it’s our ethos. I should mention that we have only been as successful as we have due to working with amazing clients who welcome us in to their business, allowing us to see and feel the culture. Whilst recruitment can be a very individual job, we believe that collective success benefits us all in the long run.
