On the back of this, we spoke to Bob Burtonwho offered us an insight into his remarkable firm. Established Excellence in Construction Since the early 1970s, when he began a three- year City & Guilds Apprenticeship in Construction, Bob Burton has honed a natural talent for his trade. During his apprenticeship, he won a national competition for brick laying and worked on numerous construction sites around London. Shortly after, at the age of 21, Bob had his own company. From this robust platform, Bob has continued to thrive in an industry that demands perfection – his catalogue of work speaking volumes about his distinguished skill in construction and engineering. Today, after a decade in Australia, where he developed further skills and knowledge of timber-builds – a trademark style for many of his current projects – Bob celebrates an almost peerless reputation in Southeast England for his construction services. Of particular note, is the firm’s expertise in designing and building Orangeries, sewerage diversions for larger projects, kitchen, bathroom and wet room installations, and internal renovations and refurbishments. Bob Burton Construction offer complete planning and design services, including planning and building regulations advice, drawing plans and applying for planning permission. As part of this, they liaise with architectural firms and engineers during a project’s timeline, alongside council building inspectors to guarantee that the end result is achieved on time and to the highest of standards.
