Despite growing over the pandemic, that time was not without its share of challenges, notably being able to adjust the team’s workflow to cater to clients navigating the needs of their business over that time. “Whilst we are immensely proud to have celebrated so many significant achievements since starting the company in 2017, there have also been several challenges to overcome. Like all businesses, we’ve had to navigate the uncertainty around the pandemic, extending additional flexibility to clients and working hard to cater for the best interests of our staff. As a business that places so much importance on the calibre of our people, one of our biggest challenges during this period of rapid expansion was recruitment. Finding the right people to facilitate our growth has been extremely timeconsuming. We have a very stringent recruitment process that protects our business, and it was important for us to ensure that we onboarded people with the right skillset and attitude.” Ultimately, the company’s values have helped it to weather all challenges and remain in place and steadfast in the years since as a guiding light.
