“No learner gets left behind!” For over a decade, The Education and Skills Partnership (ESP) has been on a mission to ensure that no learner gets left behind on their educational journey. The company is driven by a passion for making sure that learners receive the training and tools they need to achieve their goals. With the aim of establishing itself as the preferred choice of learning and skills development for all, ESP delivers unrivalled expertise aligned entirely with the aspirations and abilities of each client it serves. ESP has developed a wide range of tailored learning solutions that help employers develop their workforce and enable learners to fulfil their potential, progress in careers, and meet their individual development goals. The company offers a mix of apprenticeships, short courses, online learning, self-paced, and professional development courses at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, with content ranging from education and customer care to telecoms and automation. The company boasts more than 40 different apprenticeship options, fitting micro to large. These courses span, but are not limited to, telecoms, customer service, IT, project management, and learning and development. ESP directly supports employers seeking to introduce apprentices into their organisation, helping them understand how to use these courses to attract new talent or retrain and reskill their existing workforce. ESP’s apprentices achieve exceptional results at End Point Assessment, often going on to take on additional responsibilities and promotions within their organisations. Every organisation comes with its own business needs, meaning that ESP must approach each client engagement with a fresh perspective. Recognising this, the ESP team works hard to first understand the organisation and its unique structure, goals, and roadblocks, before applying that knowledge to ensure that the delivered learning pathway is tailored to align with both the learner’s and employer’s needs. “We understand that people are an organisation’s largest asset, and that employees who feel valued and invested in have increased job satisfaction and engagement,” Jason told us. “If we can help play a part in that journey by developing apprenticeships and training programmes that make a real difference, then that is what we will do.” Recently, the ESP team has been working closely with a local job centre and an organisation seeking five new customer service employees. ESP pulled together a two-week training programme that included nationally recognised qualifications and took a group of participants through an intense course, featuring opportunities to get directly involved with their intended role. Both the employer and the job centre were thrilled with the end results, with all of the required posts filled. In feedback, the client shared, “We partnered with ESP through the SWAP scheme to deliver a customer service course to our potential candidates and saw a drastic improvement in their interview readiness. Candidates demonstrated increased confidence, stronger communication skills, and a clearer understanding of customer-focused behaviours. We would highly recommend this course to any organisation looking to better prepare candidates for customer-facing roles.” Such impactful results are made possible by the standout team at ESP, who approaches every new client engagement with the same, unwavering level of commitment. Though ESP may be a small, independent organisation, the team makes up for its smaller size with tremendous heart and passion. The client is always placed at the very heart of its operations, ensuring that every decision made has been made with their organisation’s success in mind. Ultimately, the ESP team has made significant contributions to the landscapes of multiple sectors across the UK, playing a direct role in ensuring the continuous development of countless employers and employees. For its tireless efforts and exceptional work, we at SME News Magazine are delighted to recognise The Education and Skills Partnership as the Best Education Training Services Provider 2026. Reflecting on the team’s journey so far, Jason concluded, “Being able to help transform lives is a wonderful privilege, however it comes with a lot of responsibility. Our industry has made so many positive impacts on people, including me, and I am so blessed to be able to play a small part in that.” Contact: Jason Hargreaves Company: The Education and Skills Partnership LTD Web Address: www.esp-ac.uk Learning should never end with the classroom door.
