Named our Best Robotic Process Automation Technology Company 2025, we are excited to speak to Founder and Managing Director, Aneesh Gupta to learn more about how Centelli is transforming the daily operations of customers including Clermont Hotel Group. The automation landscape is one that is evolving rapidly, due to the rise of agentic AI and orchestration-based automation. Being highly outcome-driven, Centelli knows how to leverage AI in practical ways so that it can achieve measurable results. The company combines Traditional Automation supported with AI enabled analysis and decisionmaking to bridge the gap between enterprise applications and intelligent automation, helping Centelli’s customers enhance their customer and employee experience. “We entered this space because we believe technology should serve people, not replace them,” says Aneesh. “Automation, when done AI Wizards, Automation Ninjas, Data Mavericks right, has the power to make work more fulfilling by removing the mundane and giving people time to think, create, and grow.” Today, Centelli boasts a specialist team of almost 200, stretching across the UK, USA, and Asia. Within their work, they live and breathe core values of being outcome-oriented, integrity, and high quality. “We listen first, build second, and take ownership of the process till it delivers value,” explains Aneesh. “Every automation we create HAS to deliver results.” Centelli’s flagship solution is Digital Workers, which are intelligent automations that seamlessly take up finance, HR, operations, and customer service processes such as invoice processing and reconciliations, to onboarding and ticket resolution. The digital workers deliver consistent results that grow with the customer’s business, meaning faster processes, fewer errors, happier teams – and measurable ROI from the offset. “We pride ourselves on measurable outcomes, long-term partnerships, and solutions that make a visible difference. Our clients choose us for our ability to combine deep business insight with scalable automation that drives both efficiency and engagement.” Notably, Centelli built and deployed a bespoke Digital Worker for Clermont Hotel Group, the hospitality group behind The Clermont and Royal Horseguards Hotel. With booking volumes rising and reservations and finance teams under pressure, manual processes such as invoice processing, reconciliations, rate audits, block updates, and daily booking checks had become time consuming and inconsistent. Centelli delivered a Digital Worker that retrieves data from Clermont’s systems, validates it, updates multiple platforms in real time, and runs critical checks across reservations and finance activities. The automation also sends success notifications and exception alerts directly to the Clermont team. “In the last 12 months, the solution has worked for over 65,000 hours, equivalent to 35 FTE - a massive productivity boost, even before factoring in the increase in speed of a digital worker over a human” Aneesh explains. “The digital worker executes over 30 processes 24x7, freeing up staff to focus on guest experience, and higher value activity. This is a huge productivity boost for Clermont Hotel Group." Speaking of the partnership, the Clermont leadership team comments, “Centelli has become a trusted extension of our operation. Their ability to understand our business, deliver fast, and stay close to outcomes has made every automation a success.” Centelli sure has achieved a lot since its inception, including a roster of loyal clients that know they can expect a reliable service and value for their money.
