She began her career in the hotel industry, working across various locations throughout the UK, where she developed extensive knowledge and expertise. This tailored, client-focused approach, combined with her industry expertise, has been central to Caroline’s success in property leasing. In 2018, Caroline launched CWPL with just herself and one team member.
