Cubic Corporation designs, integrates and operates systems, products and services, such as combat training systems and surveillance, to the military, transportation and defence industries. Corporate lawyer Mathew Wilson (pictured) led the deal, supported by partner Stephen Archibald. This was a complex transaction and drew on expertise from across the firm including intellectual property, real estate, employment and pensions.
