Not just a machine out of a box, but a complete package of equipment, services, integration, automation, and software which takes raw materials and delivers fully finished parts. Many customers want a solution to arrive onsite that is fully proven and ready to make parts. Citizen Machinery is investing heavily in this area, and this is the fastest growing area of the business as a whole. It took belief and internal conviction to get this element of the business up and running in such a successful manner, but the firm is now able to sit back and reap the due rewards of its hard work. At the time of writing this, the firm has just come off the back of a week in which it decided to invest in even more resources in this area, and it is currently recruiting to add specific skills into this new business. It is an exciting time, and one that has been equally well-received amongst both new and old customers alike. The last four years have seen Citizen Machinery double its turnover and dramatically increase its profit ratio through the inception of new ideas and new technologies that the United Kingdom & Ireland markets have found incredibly useful. By working closely and collaboratively with new and old colleagues throughout Europe and much of the rest of the world, Citizen Machinery has been able to identify trends, explore new markets, and develop new products that deliver the excellence that the firm has become known for.
