The founder of Auralite 23 HR Consultancy, Terri has almost 30 years of industry experience, 23 of those in HR. Since 2016, Terri and her team at Auralite 23 have been providing a full range of consultancy services to businesses of all shapes and sizes. Navigating the all-encompassing world of HR can sometimes be overwhelming and even baffling. A basic understanding of areas such as employment law, equality and diversity is a minimum requirement for running a successful business. Terri Bailey is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She spent many years working in HR in the travel sector where she gained a reputation for developing high performing teams. Terri has always been an advocate for wellbeing in the workplace. In her time as Director of Performance and Engagement at Virgin Holidays, she was responsible for the launch of the Wellbeing Programme as part of their People Strategy. Now, at the helm of Auralite 23, Terri shares her knowledge and expertise with its varied client base. But being a great believer in balance, Terri ensures that everyone takes the time to relax when the work is done. Asked about what qualities she looks for when recruiting, Terri tells us: “Hard work, dedication, commitment and the ability to overcome obstacles are the main things I look for.
