When it comes to new team members joining allmanhall, it places a great deal of emphasis on the induction phase. It is currently recruiting new team members and is ensuring they are feeling welcomed and settled, with a coherent induction plan set out for them. When recruiting, it very much looks for a growth mindset and attitude, seeking to hire for the long term and develop talent. Its finance director began with the company as an analyst in his second job out of university 12 years ago and has worked his way up, as have many of the team. allmanhall is now looking forward to the opening of its new office in December 2021, a barn conversion in rural Wiltshire. It will be a hub of activity with a constant reminder of where food comes from, surrounded by agriculture and fields, with the opportunity to enhance the team’s wellbeing via country walks, a great farm shop- style restaurant next door, and more!
