We provide great customer service.” Leighton continues to explain exactly what it is that distinguishes Something Desirable from competitors. For example, Something Desirable is able to add low profit margins on all products and still be able to make a profit due to sending all of its Best Luxury Homeware Retailer – South East products straight from its partners’ warehouses directly to the customers’ house, therefore cutting out the middleman and saving money on human resources and outgoings such as commercial rent. Despite the Covid-19 Pandemic bringing much of the nation to its knees over the last 18 months, Something Desirable was one of the few that was able to successfully evolve under the circumstances by endearing shoppers to new ways to do business. Most recently, Something Desirable was bestowed with the prestigious title of Best Luxury Homeware Retailer – South East in the Southern Enterprise Awards 2021. This well- earned accolade is testament to the commitment and dedication of Leighton and the whole team during what have been trying times.
