The park has a very good bus service which runs from directly opposite the entrance, and there is a shop that opens 365 days a year, selling the daily essentials so that visitors never want for anything. To ensure continued innovation, and that it is always offering the very best possible guest experience, the park works hard to constantly evaluate the technology market and ensure it is implementing the solutions guests need, whilst also offering them a space where they can escape from the stress that comes from being constantly connected. Technology has its limits for the team at the park, but one essential advancement that was needed was to accept the need for online booking and to partner with a cutting-edge UK company to provide this for customers. This has been in place for a few years now, and is an essential part of the park’s business during times when the office is closed.
