We invited James Handley to tell us more about the firmand how it works to provide every client with a truly exceptional service. which focuses on excellence, as James highlights. “As part of our commitment to excellence, all of our cleaning staff are put through the appropriate training and courses on an ongoing basis. DBS checks are something we insist on so our staff can work on all of our contracts, including those based in schools. As a company have a relaxed internal culture and an easy approach system where staff can highlight where they think improvements can be made. As they are the ones working on our contracts we like to hear from them so that we can improve.” Looking ahead, future developments for Frealex FX will give the firm the chance to grow and prosper, as James proudly concludes. “Overall, the future is bright for Frealex FX, as we are currently in talks with three more large schools and numerous Doctor’s surgeries. The next few months could see us introduce another 250 hours per week in Cleans, with every new client being equally as important as our first. Additionally, we are now being asked for extra services from our clients, and as such we will be looking into the possibility of further enhancing our service offering, whilst at the same time focusing on continuing to provide clients with the exceptional quality service that they have come to expect.” Established in 2013 selling paper and janitorial products into schools and local business, Frealex FX later developed its service offering to include providing cleaning staff and caretakers. The cleaning contracts grew in popularity, and today the company supports a range of schools, offices and Doctor’s surgeries. James explores how the company provides this range of clients with the exceptional support and services they need. “Here at Frealex FX, our aim has always been to build a sustainable and manageable Business Plan. Whilst it could be easy to offer our clients the bare minimum, we work hard to achieve maximum quality at a competitive rate on all our contracts, which sets us aside from the big operators. Our dedicated team are always contactable, when a client rings he speaks to someone who can handle the enquiry immediately, we offer the personal touch, we create unique packages that suits the client’s needs from the onset.
