From a background in sports physiotherapy, my company now works with senior leaders in the NHS in the UK as well as politicians and business influencers in the USA and Channel Islands and as a contributor to Middle East Medical. Our core business includes service review, continuous service improvement, programme and project management including recovery programmes post-CQC inspection. “As Director of J Lawry Healthcare Management Ltd, I am educated to MA (Distinction) level and hold a post-graduate qualification in Sports Physiotherapy from Southampton University. I am a member of the Institute of Healthcare Management and have qualifications in Prince2, MSP and P3O. Additionally, as a former Macmillan Professional, I have completed a number of courses on cancer care, oncology, end of life care and bereavement and have direct experience in working with cancer patients and their families, including working as a therapist for a large hospice in Hampshire. I also hold a certificate in Alternatives to Acute Admission via the Royal College of Psychiatrists and I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider. Finally, I am level 3 trained in Child Safeguarding and I am a Safeguarding Governor for a Gloucestershire school.
