With many of their clients interested in Pandora bracelets, Annalise is able to create and sell pieces which are Pandora compatible. In addition to this, they are also able to sell memorial jewellery, truly personalised pieces which have been made from the ashes of loved ones. Annalise is able to offer very fast delivery times, especially when compared to some of their clients who are based overseas. They can send personalised charms in as little as three days, which can be more than tripled if coming from abroad. This is also on top of paying extortionate delivery costs. Many of Annalise’s competitors are based outside of the UK, which can make customer service and delivery times a lot slower, or even non-existent. The possibilities that they can offer with their jewellery are endless, and the unique options they provide mean that they can make and sell items of jewellery that nobody else in the UK can do. The combination of quick delivery times and beautiful pieces of jewellery, are just some of the ingredients which have helped in Annalise’s remarkable success over the years. In the past, he has worked jobs that did not pay very well and he understands it can be difficult to stay motivated in a job that does not feel like you are valued. People need to be able to want to work for you, and to properly compensated for doing so. Looking ahead, Annalise is always looking at ways to stay at the forefront of new innovations and technologies. Recently, they invested in fibre laser technology, which means that they are able to make more cost effective charms, as well as being able to include custom text and design on them without having to produce a mould for each one, which can be costly. This investment in technology means that they can now offer engravings for free.
