Whilst Nicola has been able to establish Prestige Intouch as a successful business, she did have to overcome a few obstacles to get to where she is today. One of the biggest challenges that Nicola faced when starting up her business was that in early 2016 she was involved in a car crash. This left her unable to grow her company in the way that she wanted, and she had to stop working entirely. As a result, this forced Nicola to change her outlook on the business.
