Typically, our range of treatments cover acne, sun damage, dehydrated skin and wrinkles amongst other conditions”. The competition across the aesthetics industry remains an ongoing challenge for the firm, however as Jaye goes on to explain, customer care has proved to be a contributing factor behind its recent success. “As an independent clinic of excellence, we have an unrivalled level of customer care, before, during and after treatments. In addition to offering our customers the highest possible level of service, we are able to create tailor made courses that get our clients the results they expect and deserve. The recent growth of the business can be attributed to word of mouth and the five star ratings we’ve received on Google”. To ensure treatments remain of the highest quality, the firm are committed to training its staff members wherever possible as Jaye explains further. “All our staff genuinely want to be part of the client journey, so we facilitate that. Refresher training is offered on a constant basis, and we also pay close attention to the trends and new technologies arising globally. If there is a new machine that offers amazing results, we will aim to purchase that technology and train our staff with it as efficiently and as quickly as possible. Like many other close contact businesses, the outbreak of COVID-19 has heavily impacted Jaye Bird Aesthetics over the last 12 months.
