We speak to owner, Mark Fitzgibbons, about what the firm can offer its clients that the others can’t. Scalp Doctor is a Birmingham based clinic providing services in Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP). Mark used this ‘downtime’ to upgrade his qualification and retrained to a Level 4, which is the highest qualification within the SMP industry. He further raised his clinic standards to meet those of ‘The British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery’ (BAHRS) and is one of only three SMP practitioners in the UK to have done so, thus advancing his clinic to that of a medical standard. Mark qualified as a finalist in the ‘Rising Star’ category at the 2019 Team Micro Awards, and a ‘Scalp Technician of The Year’ finalist in the 2020 PMU Conference Awards.
