In essence, despite closures, it responded by adapting to renewed safety measures and requirements, and consistently kept its clients up to date through its exemplary social media communications – a facet of its marketing that made Hair Jungle invaluable to clients during the past year and a half. Crucially, over lockdown, the Team delivered tips for lockdown haircare, while keeping clients informed of government legislative changes and how this impacted when reopening and usual service would resume.
