Crucially, there’s also an organic mentorship between senior and junior members of staff, allowing the company’s values to permeate every aspect of the business and its operations. “We try and prioritise recruiting all senior members of staff from within our existing teams of capable support staff employed by the company. The senior staff members understand, uphold and ensure the company’s core values ensuring they are implemented by junior members into the working practice. They have the ability to lead the team and mentor junior staff members. Senior staff are fully involved in improving service provision within Serendipity, as well as promoting positive outcomes.
