Managing Director and Founder of Pine Lodge Cars, Lee Ferguson has been involved in the car industry for over 16 years. His vast experience in the motor trade and desire to have his own car garage is what saw him take a bold step in 2017 with the establishment of Pine Lodge Cars. Since its inception, Lee and his team have worked tirelessly to turn the firm into a reputable, reliable, and exciting car sales garage, and today he is joined by a formidable team, including Nick Collins, Tom Welch, Adam Jones, Dan Ferguson, and Josh Williams. Lee had a vision from the day he visited the site and has achieved a huge amount in a short space of time. From expanding the building itself to now include a relaxing office space where customers feel comfortable to a whole new double valet bay and a garage indoors. Not to mention the recent land which Lee has taken on not far from the site itself to accommodate a further 150 vehicles. “The impressive rate of expansion and reputation has exceeded all expectations with record numbers of sales each consecutive year,” Lee enthuses. “We take huge pride in looking after all customers and bring a five-star service to every purchase, which is reflected in the feedback found across the internet, on both Google and AutoTrader.” Offering a 30-day warranty as standard, with options to extend with a warranty partner from three months to 24 months, Pine Lodge Cars also offers a laid-back approach to sales – never pushing a car sale onto anyone, allowing the customers to look at the vehicles in their own time, and to go on a road test on their own to make sure they make the decision on their own terms. We also have alloy repair on site too which allows us to repair quicker and to a required standard as opposed to using a third-party.” When recruiting, Lee actively looks for people who are passionate about what they do. They do not necessarily have to have experience in the motor industry, either, as Lee looks at the person as a whole, meaning that if they have the desire and passion to pursue a career in the industry, he will do everything in his power to help them. “We encourage a positive mindset. In turn, it helps the business grow on to newer heights too,” he explains. “We also take part in many teambuilding activities.
