Of course, there are challenges that cannot be solved with this ethos, and these largely stem from the fact that the organisation does not have the numbers to be able to make as big of an impact as it would like. Radu explained: “Being just one copy of ourselves, we cannot take over that many customers. This is part of a vicious circle, as we are then not able to invest in the national accreditation that allows us to become a care company with employees that would be trained according to the same standards we provide.” Not the sort to be defeated so easily, Radu has branched out so as to reach as many elderly and disabled people as he can through free-ofcharge exercise classes held in the local area. Excitingly, this is just the first step of what is set to be a comprehensive expansion plan for he and Carmen, both of whom aspire to one day be leaders in the provision care on a much wider scale – operating on a different level than what is currently possible. “In two years’ time, I will be 50. I gave myself a deadline by then: to get the full national accreditation we need to expand and to start the growing process.” Reflecting on these awards and the journey Us4ALL Care has been on, Radu explained: “We built all of this based solely on our dedication and proved that anyone requiring our services can fully rely upon us.” This is something corroborated by dozens of glowing testimonials, with these solidifying this independent care provider as a worthy winner of these two awards and deserving of a spot in our UK Enterprise Awards 2025.
