The business is owned and operated by care professionals, Radu and Carmen Tobol. Radu tells us more about why the couple founded their ORGANISATION and his hopes for the future. In 2017, community care professionals Radu and Carmen began talking about starting their own organisation. At that point, they had supported their daughter with her disability for 16 years and they knew their experience would help them to make a real difference to other people’s lives too. When 2018 came, the pair set out on a new venture and have continued to improve many people’s lives ever since. Depending on the customer’s circumstances, this may include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication prompts, or simply providing reassurance to both customers and their families. Having spent more than two decades supporting their daughter, Radu and Carmen believe that caring is as much about empathy as it is about practical support. For us, that smile tells us we’ve done our job well.” While demand for home care continues to grow, running a small independent care organisation is becoming increasingly challenging. However, Us4ALL Care’s priority remains to deliver outstanding care, while gradually working towards the accreditations needed to grow sustainably.
