Holding a wealth of qualifications in health, social care and safeguarding, Nikkie and Gillian lead a friendly team of male and female support workers experienced in assisting adults with a wide range of needs. Supporting adults with disabilities to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes, Freedom Home Care makes a meaningful difference to everyday life while promoting choice, wellbeing and equality. A strong advocate for individualised support, the company works closely with clients and their families to create tailored care plans shaped around each person’s needs, preferences and routines.
