When Tradeprices began, it was run by one-man team, Gavin Smith, who continues to manage the firm with the support of a much larger team. Gavin established the firm with a vision of how he wanted the business to operate and how he could enhance the buying process of his customers, to make Tradeprices a one stop shop for all there bathroom needs. Gavin wanted customers to be able to buy what they wanted, with the choices being made by his customers rather than everything being standard, and to make sure there are no hidden extras in his suites. Each suite is packaged up with almost everything you need, unlike some of his rivals. When he began, Gavin handled every aspect of the business by himself, from website development, digital and social marketing to social media management to even wrapping up the orders to be sent out to his customers. His team has soon grown to be able support him and his rapidly growing business, and is continuing to do so; Gavin is currently in discussion with the Welsh Government about creating further trainee vacancies to add to his staff roster, which would enable him to recruit and train up talent from within Wales itself. Although Gavin still handles the most senior projects and tasks, his close-knit and enthusiastic team provide him the vital support to work long days and nights, handling the inevitable issues that arise and maintaining Tradeprices’ continuous commitment to excellence in all customer experiences.
