For Paul, the success of the business lies in his core principle of carrying out the required work to specification with as little disruption as possible. However, the recent changes in speed limits across the country to 20mph has not only impacted Samson Drilling, but a plethora of other companies relying on travel as well! In order to stimulate success across the board, the company adopts an internal culture of fairness, equality, and safety at all stages of its operations. To this end, Paul is adamant that he would never ask an employee to carry out a task that he would not do himself. With this ethos, plans for the future are now, and always have been, to work hard with the repertoire of great clients that the company has amalgamated from more than 28 years of service. A recent project that the team have been working on is the redevelopment of Mumbles Pier in Swansea. When this is completed, it will be a major boom for Wales, and the team are immensely proud to have been involved in a project of this calibre.
