Our commitment to ensuring that our clients receive the support they need means that we are open all year around apart from bank holidays and the Christmas period. We provide love, care and educational nourishment for all children, from infants through to boisterous five years. “Providing this range of services is our dedicated team of eight staff members, who cater for up to 52 children per day. Our staff members are all trained in childcare as well as additional skills which together makes us a strong team. We are a flexible nursery who offers flexible hours to be approachable and affordable for all families who would like to join our setting. We have a minimum of five fruit and vegetables provided daily as well as fresh bottled water available the whole day, because we aim to help keep all our children as healthy and happy as possible.” For families with differently able children, or those who need additional learning support, suitable childcare can be tough to find. Chantelle explores how the team at Wiggles and Giggles works hard to ensure it is able to welcome every child and be respectful of their individual requirements. “Central to our focus is our flexibility, and as such we pride ourselves in being available to all families. We aim to carry on achieving this by completing our new sensory room for children with additional needs, learn Makaton for those families who need additional support, gain additional language skills and create a local business profile; we plan to do this to help all families know what services are around them that they are able to access and continue to form positive relationships with other businesses in the community. “As part of this focus, we understand that we are constantly needing to enhance our service offering, and as such our team complete regular training to ensure we are up to date on all new policies and refresh our own knowledge to provide the best possible outcomes for all children.
